Connect. Engage. Empower.   We hope to inspire women members to actively engage in our industries advocacy and education.

With Support through webinar-based learning, sessions, projects and networking he hope to help women impact a community.

Now, more than ever, it is the responsibility of industry professionals to identify and acknowledge the barriers that stand in the way of equity and inclusion to promote change and improve the cannabis industry as a whole. We support efforts that create social equity, social justice and diversity for those affected by the war on drugs.

Meet Our Team

We are honored to have a group of individuals who are committed to volunteer their time and efforts to help us pursue the mission and vision of our organization.

Arcillia Miller

OWCA President

She is committed to the belief that legalizing medical marijuana would lead to protection for patients who could benefit from its use. Motivated by this principle, she co-founded Cannabis Education Advocacy Symposium and Expo (C.E.A.S.E.), whose mission was to increase awareness and educate Oklahoma consumers about the medical and economic benefits of cannabis.

Pamela Street

Board of Director/Patient Educator

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.

Kimberly Campbell

Board of Director/Advocate

Kim Campbell is following a life long pursuit of education in natural plant medicine discovery and how plants can benefit life and homeostasis in the body, mind and spirit. Graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with a Horticulture Science degree Kimberly began growing cannabis in a secret closet in 2012. She realized that growing her own medicine could ensure a high quality source that she knew 100% how it was grown and what was used to grow it. Organic nutrients and healthy growing conditions helped kim produce some of the best cannabis she had ever previously seen or consumed. This encouraged her to keep studying and learning about the sacred cannabis flower, breeding for health benefits, and the endocannabinoid system for health in the human body. Cannabis helped Kimberly exchange a handful of pharmaceutical that had unacceptable side effects leaving her with a burning desire to help others do the same. Kimberly was diagnosed with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and PTSD (Panic Trauma Stress Disorder) after experiencing a traumatic tornado with her 2 small babies in 2002. Family physicians prescribed pharmaceuticals for over a decade before Kimberly decided that wasn't working for her highest purpose and health. Cannabis helped Kimberly gain back her life, her mind and her focus. In 2018 Kimberly helped gather signatures to legalize medical marijuana in her home state of Oklahoma and began the pursuit of building a legal cannabis business that could help the people in her state and community. Helping others achieve health, pain and anxiety relief in their lives has given her a purpose and higher calling to help heal the world with plant medicine. Infusing food, bath- body products and eating the raw buds is a daily activity that Kimberly hopes to continue to share until her very last breath of life.
